Cafe Northern Heights runs as a cloud kitchen in Azad Market. There are no tables to turn and no dining room to keep up, so every bit of attention goes into two things: what's cooking, and how it reaches you.
The menu borrows from the roadside cafés of the hills — Maggi done three ways, steamed momos, crisp spring rolls — and pairs it with Delhi favourites like hara bhara kebab, paneer wraps and spicy paneer burgers. All of it is vegetarian.
